1. General Overview
Thinqh provides custom software development, AI solutions, and automation services. Due to the nature of our digital services and the intensive manual labor / expertise involved, we maintain a clear policy regarding refunds to ensure transparency with our clients.
2. Service-Based Refunds
For custom development projects, payments are typically made in milestones. Once a milestone has been approved and the work has been delivered:
- Refunds are generally not provided for work already performed and approved.
- If a project is cancelled before a milestone is reached, a partial refund or credit may be issued based on the hours of work already completed.
- Maintenance and support retainers are non-refundable for the current billing cycle once the period has started.
3. Software Products
If you purchase a subscription-based software product from Thinqh, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for the remaining portion of a billing cycle are handled on a case-by-case basis, typically only if the software fails to perform as advertised or technical issues remain unresolved for more than 48 hours.
4. Exceptions
We pride ourselves on client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our services for any reason, please contact your project manager or our support team. We will make every effort to resolve the issue through revisions or alternative arrangements before considering a refund.
